Attekus continues to forge strong relationships! We are thrilled to announce a new strategic partnership between Attekus and Infor Pathway.
Infor, with its Pathway solution, has been a leading provider to Local Government across Australia and New Zealand for many years, with more than 70 local authority customers relying on Pathway as their core local government platform. With a focus on improved productivity and customer self-service as common values, this partnership will position Attekus Bookable as the preferred and recommended booking and events solution for Infor’s existing and prospective customers.
Both Attekus and Infor have a shared vision of transforming Local Government, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Attekus Bookable solution both complements and enhances Infor Pathway to deliver the market leading booking and event solution to Infor Pathway’s many customers.
“The partnership with Attekus provides our existing Pathway customers with a clear roadmap to transition from their current Pathway Bookings solution to Bookable.” said Darrell Smith, General Manager Pathway. “It also means we can offer our prospective customers a comprehensive platform for their customer and community based needs, including bookings and events.”.
“Pathway has a significant customer base in Local Government across Australia and New Zealand, and through this partnership with Infor, all those customers can now have access to the best booking and event solution in the market.” said Attekus CEO Peter Suchting. “All parties benefit when we work together in partnership to provide the best outcomes for our customers.”.
This partnership is another pivotal step in the Attekus journey, delivering greater value and outcomes for our customers.
As the landmark moments for Attekus continue, today we are pleased to announce our first customer in Tasmania. The City of Launceston has signed up for Attekus Bookable to deliver their new online booking platform.  As the council with the largest population in Tasmania, the City of Launceston undertook a rigorous selection process to assess the market and chose Bookable to handle online bookings across its wide range of venues and facilities.
The City of Launceston’s population of more than 70,000 will soon be able to search for venues, make and modify bookings and process payments online for the many halls, sports fields and specialty centres available for hire. All financial transactions will be integrated through to Council’s Oracle Financials General Ledger to deliver internal efficiencies and streamline internal processes. Bookable’s proven integration to remote access control systems was also a major requirement of Launceston, and this technology will deliver significant benefits by providing PIN code access to venues and facilities, reducing the reliance on physical keys. Bookable will offer a much-improved customer experience in the making, managing and processing of bookings for the community of Launceston.
We are delighted to be working with the City of Launceston on this project and look forward to showcasing the industry leading Bookable solution to other Councils in Tasmania and across Australia and New Zealand.
Exciting News! We are thrilled to announce a new strategic partnership between Attekus and MAGIQ Software.
MAGIQ Software, with their MAGIQ Cloud ERP offering, is a leading, cloud-based finance and administration software solution with hundreds of customers across Australia, New Zealand and further abroad. Attekus with its Bookable solution is the market leading provider of booking and event software to Australian and New Zealand Councils. Under the terms of the partnership, Attekus Bookable will become MAGIQ’s preferred and recommended solution for booking and events for its existing and prospective customers.
Both organisations provide SaaS solutions targeted at the Australian and New Zealand Local Government sectors and have worked cooperatively for some time. Attekus Bookable complements MAGIQ ERP to create a comprehensive solution for MAGIQ’s existing customers, extending the core ERP offering to include both bookings and events, with direct General Ledger Financials integration between Bookable and MAGIQ ERP.
“It was a natural fit to formalise the partnership and work more closely to create new opportunities and deliver exceptional solutions and outcomes for our current and future mutual customers” said Tony Tiftis MAGIQ CEO.
“No single vendor can address all of the needs of councils. And councils are not software developers or systems integrators – they want fit-for-purpose, commercial-off-the-shelf solutions that just work, and work in their particular IT eco-system. Partnering with companies like MAGIQ brings the ‘power of many’ to the table, and through these sorts of collaborations, we greatly simplify the way councils can adopt important community facing solutions like Attekus Bookable” said Attekus CEO Peter Suchting.
This partnership signifies a significant milestone in the Attekus journey, driving towards delivering greater value for our customers.
Exciting News! We are thrilled to announce a new strategic partnership between Attekus and Atturra (ASX: ATA). Atturra is a leading technology partner to a range of industries including Local Government and Education.

Attekus Bookable is a great value-add to Atturra’s industry solution portfolio, allowing them to deliver real benefits to customers through automation and optimisation of both the booking and event processes.
“We share many mutual customers with Attekus, and developing a deeper partnership was an obvious way to be able to deliver further value to both the Local Government and Education sectors” said Richard Hill, Executive General Manger, Business Applications.
“We have the market leading booking and event solution, but often our customers require additional services to help them optimise and transform their processes in order to achieve the maximum outcomes.” said Peter Suchting, CEO, Attekus. “Partnering with leading, independent organisations like Atturra offers a win/win/win outcome for all parties”.
This partnership is a major step in the Attekus journey, supporting our large local government customer base and opens up new opportunities in the education sector.
Congratulations to Hume City Council on recently going live with Bookable!
Council’s residents and customers now have access to over 30 bookable community facilities and items including community centres and hubs, community buses and the Broadmeadows Town Hall.
In late 2023, Council selected Bookable to support facility bookings for its fast growing community, and to streamline internal processes. Through a well run and resourced project, Council staff and community can reap the benefits of 24/7 access to online facility bookings and improved internal processes including integration to Council’s TechnologyOne ERP.
Located on Moreton Bay between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Redland is currently undertaking a large transformation project to enhance their customers’ experience, and a modern, new booking solution was identified as a key deliverable. The objective was to help improve the community’s online experience, while also reducing the large amount of manual work in managing the lifecycle of these bookings. After assessing various options, Redland selected Attekus due to Bookable’s advanced automation capabilities, our proven success in delivering at other Councils across Australia, and our deep and proven integration with the TechnologyOne OneCouncil suite.
Redland City Council offers its community more than 100 venues for hire across community facilities, sports fields, halls, tennis courts, pools and open spaces. With the implementation of Bookable, their population of over 160,000 will find it far simpler to discover, hire and pay for bookings at Council’s venues, and Council will be able to reduce the internal effort required to support this large volume of bookings and payments.
We are very excited to be working with such a progressive Council with such a strong focus on making their community’s lives better, and our local consulting team is looking forward to helping you get live with Bookable very soon.
With a population of almost 30,000, Mosman Council is nestled between the Northern Beach and the busy North Sydney business district and manages a number of high demand venues in one of Sydney’s most beautiful harbourside areas. With a focus on improving the customer experience for the Mosman community while reducing the manual work and effort to support Council’s regular and casual hirers, the Bookable solution was the clear choice to improve the booking lifecycle.
With Mosman being a long-term Civica customer, the deep integration between Bookable and Civica Financials also offered a significant process improvement opportunity for Council’s financial team by automating invoicing, payments, refunds and bond management.
With a beautiful new Pavilion in the heart of Mosman opening its doors soon, Council will be well placed to handle the enquiries for this high-end new facility as well as all their other venues in Bookable – a single, enterprise booking and event solution for all venue and booking types.
We are very pleased to welcome South Burnett Regional Council as the latest Queensland council to select Attekus as their partner for Bookings and Events.
South Burnett required a new Booking system to modernise the customer experience for its community, and to also bring internal efficiencies for both booking staff and finance personnel. Attekus was the natural choice to serve these needs, with our proven track record of delivering major benefits to many other regional and rural councils throughout Queensland and New Zealand. Bookable’s automated integration with Council’s TechnologyOne ERP solution as well as support for bookings and events across all of Council’s venues and facilities were key to Council in selecting Bookable.
Located approximately 3 hours north-west of Brisbane and 2 hours west of the Sunshine Coast, South Burnett Regional Council serves a community of over 32,000 people in a large geographical area that is well renowned for its primary produce and some of Queensland’s newest wineries. And not to mention the Bunya Mountains National Park, famous for its ancient Bunya Pine trees.
After a very thorough competitive evaluation, we’re excited to share that Attekus has been selected by the Town of Port Hedland as their Booking and Event Management solution partner, marking a significant milestone in the Town’s digital transformation journey! Port Hedland was seeking to consolidate several internal systems into one modern SaaS solution which aligned with the Town’s digitalisation goals of streamlining bookings and event management processes. Key requirements for Port Hedland were the seamless integration with their core TechnologyOne OneCouncil system, and 24/7 access for staff and the community. Once again, Bookable came up trumps as the solution of choice for Australian councils!
Also worth noting, The Town of Port Hedland becomes the 50th TechnologyOne customer to select Bookable across Australia and New Zealand. No other Booking solution comes anywhere near this, further cementing Bookable’s position as the booking and event solution of choice for TechnologyOne OneCouncil customers. The financial sub-ledger capabilities within Bookable, coupled with the automated integration with TechnologyOne Financials and ECR, removes manual invoicing, GL posting and payments reconciliation and provides both booking and finance staff with visibility of Councils financial position across all of Council’s bookings and events.
With a key focus on Customer Centric Systems, Hutt City has chosen Attekus Bookable to fulfil the Bookings & Facilities Management component of its recent go to market.

Couple this capability with Bookable’s online customer experience, streamlined back-office processes and automated integration to Council’s TechnologyOne ERP, Hutt City will be able to deliver on the outcomes outlined in their RFP and enhance the online services it provides to its community.
Hutt City Council is located in the North Island, approximately 20 kilometres north of Wellington. Council provides numerous bookable spaces and items for its population of over 110,000 people.
The City of Greater Dandenong is continually on the hunt for ways to improve their online services and reduce internal costs to service their community. After a review process of available options to update their booking and event ticketing processes, Bookable has been chosen to get Council’s venues and events online.
As a large Council, with a population of over 160,000 residents, Council wanted to improve the process for customers to book, manage and pay for bookings, while also introducing internal process and management efficiencies. Bookable’s online customer experience coupled with back-office automation helped Council select Bookable as the best solution for booking publicly available venues.
Council also looked favourably on Attekus’s fully local support and delivery models, ensuring they will get personalised service before, during and after the project.
We look forward to starting the project soon and delivering for Council and its community.

Narrandera Shire Council is located in the Riverina region of south-western New South Wales. We can’t wait to see Bookable in use and serving the community of nearly 6,000 people.
After working with Kiama Council on an initial engagement a number of years ago, Attekus is excited to be selected as the vendor to help Council move its venue bookings online and improve both the customer experience and the internal booking process.

Throughout 2024, the solution will be rolled out through other business areas of Council.
