Full financial management of the booking and event lifecycle. All transactions throughout the booking and event lifecycle are stored within the internal Bookable Ledger with full visibility and reporting. Manage all invoices, payments, adjustments, earned revenue and deferred revenue, bonds and the GST impacts of bonds claims, and refund processes directly back to customer credit cards.

No more manual invoicing or trying to consolidate point systems across your organisation, Bookable automates all invoicing with multiple payment triggers to support when payments are due, e.g. on confirmation of a booking, X days prior to the booking or event date and monthly/quarterly in advance or arrears.
